Battle Creek, Michigan — Runners from the Hart-Dole-Inouye Federal Center and Battle Creek’s Michigan Air National Guard Base tracked the numbers in their time March 14 as they honored one of the world’s most famous numbers -- 3.14.

Agency provides Texas emergency response assets

Anson, Texas — A stranded motorist was recently rescued by volunteer firefighters in Texas using a five-ton truck once operated by the military.

A cold day in New York

Ft. Drum, New York — A cold visitor from far north brought work to a halt at the DLA Disposition Services site in upstate New York.

Hurricane Michael created an estimated 15 million pounds of scrap and more than 450 uninhabitable buildings at Tyndall Air Force Base in Florida. DLA Disposition Services personnel scrap disposal coordination at the installation may last as long as six months.
