Troop Support employees celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s legacy

Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support employees celebrated the legacy of civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., during an event held on Jan. 17.

The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support's Medical supply chain is acquiring a maximum of $803 million worth of antigen COVID-19 tests over the next year for the Department of Health and Human Services to replenish the Strategic National Stockpile. The first purchase for 180 million tests was awarded on December 22 with deliveries continuing through April.

PHILADELPHIA — In continued support of the nation’s ongoing COVID-19 efforts, the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support’s Medical supply chain is providing up to $803 million worth of COVID antigen test kits to the Department of Health and Human Services over the next year.

Product Test Center brings augmented reality to vendor partners

PHILADELPHIA — The Product Test Center Analytical at Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support introduced augmented reality headsets for the purposes of performing remote inspections for DLA Troop Support Clothing and Textile suppliers during a demonstration on January 9th.

The 2022 Department of Defense NAIHM poster is focused on U.S. Army Technician 5th Grade Joseph Medicine Crow, the last Crow War Chief. Crow is artistically represented on the poster in traditional Crow war bonnet and clothing made of leather, animal fur, beads, bones, and eagle feathers.
