APPROVED DLMS CHANGES (ADC) IN JANUARY:
ADC 1487A: Updates the previously published DLMS 846M, Cataloging Demand transaction to support on-going Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS) modernization activities. YOUR ACTION: All systems listed in the ADC must review for applicability and implementation. Ensure system implementors are using the most current version of this implementation convention located on our website.
ADC 1485A: This ADC creates the DLMS 888M, Cataloging Item Maintenance transaction to support on-going Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS) modernization activities. YOUR ACTION: All systems listed in the ADC must review for applicability and implementation. Ensure system implementors are using the most current version of this implementation convention located on our website.

IMPLEMENTED/WITHDRAWN DLMS CHANGES: We have been working hard to clean out some of our older ADCs to make implementation clearer. Find those documents here.
SOME ACTIVITIES FROM JANUARY:
Government Furnished Property (GFP) Data: Supply and Data Teams met with representatives from the Office of the Assistant Secretary of War for Acquisition (OASW(A)) to collaborate and update requirements associated with inventory needs on GFP.
Electronic Data Interchange Support: Hazardous Waste Disposal: The Supply Team worked with the Army contracted FOXTRAXX information technology system vendor in support of hazardous waste disposal turn-ins to DLA Disposition Services in Alaska.
F-35 Program Increment Planning: We continue to support to the F-35 audit and material weakness remediation effort by attending the fourth program increment planning meeting in Tyson, Virginia, January 20-21, 2026.
Air Logistics Complex Supply Discrepancy Mapping Workshop: Our Supply Discrepancy Report (SDR) Team worked with Air Force logisticians to map “as-is” supply class VII and IX asset SDRs related to defective or deficient parts from depot maintenance.
Passive RFID: The Supply and Transportation Teams are working with stakeholders to revive data standards used with passive RFID technology for both in-transit visibility and inventory management. Much more to come.
