INSTRUCTIONS: If you have a question related to a specific buying activity of DLA or want to send your capabilities statement to market your company, contact the DLA Small Business Office associated with that buying activity.

If you are a small business who has a solicitation related question or contract question for a specific DLA buying activity's requirement and you are having challenges with communicating with the cognizant contracting office, you can contact the DLA Small Business Office associated with that buying activity as well. 

  • Review the Overview for Vendors to the left to learn what DLA buys if you are unsure which buying activity relates to your business.
     
  • You can also review this spreadsheet to locate which buying activity has purchased your particular North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code over a three-year period. (Search by NAICS code using the find (control f) function).
     
  • Point-of-contact information for each buying activity is listed in the Contact DLA Offices of Small Business Programs section at the top of the page.

  • For responses to Broad Agency Announcements posted on SAM.gov, send an email to RANDD.DCSO@dla.mil unless there is a different point-of-contact listed on the announcement.

  • The Department of Defense (DoD) SBIR/STTR Program website provides extensive DoD program information and contact information. The DoD Office of Small Business Programs publishes the DLA SBIR/STTR Topic's Broad Agency Announcements (BAA) on this site in addition to other participating agencies. This is also where a firm would submit their proposals.
     
  • The DoD RIF website has the most current information regarding the program, points-of-contacts, and provides a link to the Broad Agency Announcements.  Typically, DLA has 3 or 4 Topics each year for the RIF.
