Not sure which Small Business Program Office to contact?

INSTRUCTIONS: If you have a question related to a specific buying activity of DLA or want to send your capabilities statement to market your company, contact the DLA Small Business Office associated with that buying activity.

If you are a small business who has a solicitation related question or contract question for a specific DLA buying activity's requirement and you are having challenges with communicating with the cognizant contracting office, you can contact the DLA Small Business Office associated with that buying activity as well.

  • Review the Overview for Vendors on this page to learn what DLA buys if you are unsure which buying activity relates to your business.

  • You can also review the What We Buy flyer to determine which buying activity purchases what you offer.  There are also specific flyers for the various buying activities, which provide a more in-depth look at what and how they buy.

  • Point-of-contact information for each buying activity is listed in the Contact DLA Offices of Small Business Programs section at the top of the page.
