FORT BELVOIR, Va. — Army Lt. Gen. Mark Simerly, director, Defense Logistics Agency, addresses next steps after analyzing employee data from the 2023 DLA Culture Survey and Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey.

The results of the survey show DLA employees are overall more satisfied with their agency than are their counterparts at many other agencies.

The 2015 results were released Oct. 6.
