Employee progress reviews offer opportunity for DLA Distribution

NEW CUMBERLAND, Pennsylvania — To enhance learning the Department of Defense Performance Management and Appraisal Program, DLA Distribution recently hosted a series of video teleconferences and an in-person Leadership Forum to conduct a network-wide In Progress Review of DPMAP implementation.

OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma — Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Oklahoma City has been awarded the Maj. Gen. Kenneth L. Privratsky Distribution Center Excellence Award.

Troop Support EEO rep named DOD Outstanding WRP recruiter

PHILADELPHIA — A Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support employee was recognized for recruiting college students and recent graduates with disabilities into the agency through the Workforce Recruitment Program.

The X-FAB, or Expeditionary Fabrication, Facility is a self-contained, transportable additive manufacturing lab comprised of a 20-by-20-foot shelter, 3-D printers, a scanner and computer-aided design software system that can be used to fabricate repair and replacement parts in the field. Corps explores deploying 3D mobile fab labs

The X-FAB—which stands for expeditionary fabrication—facility is a self-contained, transportable additive manufacturing lab that can deploy with battalion-level Marine maintenance units.
