Installation Access
Military, Retired Military, Military Family Members and DOD Civilian Employees
Common Access Cards (CACs), retired military and military family member ID cards can be used to access DSCR. The Visitor Center is also a fully functioning ID Card office for all military, retired military, military family members and DOD Civilian Employees.
To make an appointment for CAC, Retiree, and Military Dependent identification: please visit the ID Card Office Online.
When booking online please ensure you block off an appointment for each family member needing an ID Card.
This ensures our office allocates time to process the entire family together. DEERS/RAPIDS processes walk-in on a first come first serve basis 5 days a week. Appoints do take priority over walk-ins.
Prepare for your DEERS/RAPIDS appointment:
- All customers 18 and older must present two forms of unexpired Identification for a USID issuance.
- All documents must be original or certified copies.
- Lost or Stolen CACs: If you CAC has been lost or stone, you must provide a memorandum from your commander or supervisor.
For a detailed list of required documents for specific transactions, such as adding a family member, student ID cards, or DAV ID cards, please visit the DoD's official CAC website.
