Register your company at: System for Award Management (SAM) .
Access solicitations in EBS by going to the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) and clicking on RFQs or RFPs.
View solicitations and solicitation attachments J-1 to J-4 in the ZIP files below or request them via email dla.avnkitting@dla.mil.
