Paul Henry, an electrician for Defense Logistics Agency Installation Management at Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia, seemed like a kid in the candy store as he moved from one piece of equipment to another inside the Fitness Center on DSCR. Working out there is something he hasn’t been able to do since it was shut down in early spring due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Employees receive warnings of approaching weather emergencies, such as blizzards, tornados, floods, etc., in time for them to take measures to minimize loss of life or property. However, there may be no warning signs when it comes to an earthquake.
