Live-fire, last-minute, no problem for Information Operations' support of Army Reserve exercise

A lone Document Services employee was able to produce a complex official logo for an Army Reserve live-fire exercise on short notice, to praise from the customer.

Sherman receives Distinguished Civilian Service Award

Stephen Sherman, the director of Document Services in DLA Information Operations, received the DoD Distinguished Civilian Service Award at a Pentagon ceremony Nov. 3. Deputy Secretary of Defense Robert Work presented the award to Sherman and seven other DoD employees.

Some CAGE codes will expire after August 25, 2016.

DLA set to expire CAGE codes

DLA is changing the way it manages Commercial and Government Entity codes by assigning an expiration date to all new or updated codes after Aug. 25.
