Memories of dirty boots, cold showers shared during Vietnam War Commemoration Day event

PHILADELPHIA — Approximately 70 local Vietnam War veterans were honored during a commemoration event March 29 at KleinLife in Northeast Philadelphia.

Tutors, forward-deployed reps recognized at awards ceremony

PHILADELPHIA — More than 40 Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support employees were honored for exceptional service during a Quarterly Awards ceremony Sept. 28.

Troop Support employees help welcome home Vietnam vets

PHILADELPHIA — The welcome home was worth the 50-year wait, one veteran said following a Vietnam War Commemoration program March 29. DLA Troop Support employees helped cheer for more than 400 Vietnam vets as they paraded down a red carpet to the ceremony.
