DLA Aviation meets with strategic suppliers to discuss common concerns

RICHMOND, Virgnia — Defense Logistics Agency Aviation senior leaders met with their strategic suppliers May 6 at the 21st Senior Executive Partnership Roundtable in Richmond, Virginia. Topics focused on challenges faced in today’s budgetary environment, Better Buying Power and commercial pricing.

DLA Aviation achieves Better Buying Power goal

RICHMOND, Virginia — Defense Logistics Agency Aviation’s Strategic Acquisition Programs Directorate awarded a performance-based logistics contract to Boeing that provides a comprehensive framework to support most Boeing aviation platforms. PBL contracts are part of the Better Buying Power 3.0 initiative.
