NEW CUMBERLAND, Pa. — George Hemler was just 19 years old when he arrived at Laredo Air Force Base, Texas, in 1958. Drafted shortly after the end of the Korean War, the Pennsylvania native found himself far from home and facing an uncertain future. Little did he know the long-lasting effects his three-year tour would have, not only on his life, but on future generations.

TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, Oklahoma — A big step forward to modernize the Egyptian Air Force F-16 “Fighting Falcon” fleet will take place July 25th in San Antonio, Texas.
