FORT BELVOIR, Va. — Taking charge of her career, Defense Logistics Agency Energy employee Callie Lake jumped at the opportunity to shadow the DLA Energy Acting Director of Procurement Process Support Kevin Ahern to witness first-hand the role of a DLA Energy senior leader.

PHILADELPHIA — A partnership between the USDA and DOD is enabling the warfighter and school districts to spend money more efficiently while providing nutritious foods. The USDA DOD Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program, which is managed by DLA Troop Support, leverages whole-of-government buying power.

Generators provided by DLA Troop Support await airlift by helicopter from Saint Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, to Saint Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. The generators are part of the ongoing efforts to restore power to the islands devastated by Hurricane Maria
