DSCR kicks off the holiday season

RICHMOND, Va. — Hundreds of employees gathered at Defense Supply Center Richmond Dec. 2 for the Annual Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony, unwrapping the installation’s holiday cheer. DLA Energy commander continues assessment of fuel requirements across the Indo-Pacific, enhancing warfighter support in Korea and Japan

Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany — Participants from 21 countries converged in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany, from Sept. 29 to Oct. 2, 2025, for the 20th Annual DLA Energy Europe & Africa (DLA Energy E&A) Fuel Exchange Agreements Forum. The forum serves as a crucial platform for U.S. military services, foreign partners, and DLA Energy International Agreements and Finance teams to address challenges in fuel exchange, including operational hurdles, infrastructure limitations, and modernization needs.

DLA Energy Quality Technical Directorate host working group, emphasize quality assurance standard practice

Fort Belvoir, Va — The Defense Logistics Agency Energy Quality Technical Directorate working group collaborate on the revision of the Department of Defense Standard Practice: Quality Assurance for Bulk Fuels, Lubricants and Related Products Standard, Military Standard 3004-1 (MIL-STD-3004-1). The working group met at the DLA McNamara Headquarters Complex at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

SkillBridge fellow use program as steppingstone for career advancement

FORT BELVOIR, Va. — Army Master Sgt. Errica Watkins participated in the Defense Department's SkillBridge Program with the Defense Logistics Agency Energy Americas North at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. Watkins, a first-time participant in the program, completed her fellowship at DLA Energy Americas North from August to October 2025.
