DLA Energy Quality Assurance Representative Shadows Director, Quality Technical Directorate at DLA Headquarters

FORT BELVOIR, Va. — The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy’s Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) Jonathan Lucas had never considered DLA’s Shadow Program. And he especially hadn’t thought about spending time at “the headquarters”. He said there had always been a bit of an unspoken friendly rivalry between people who worked at the headquarters of DLA Energy and those who worked in the field such as at a regional headquarters.

OGDEN, Utah — Facing a rapidly changing global landscape and the looming threat of Great Power Competition, DLA Aviation at Ogden embarked on a critical mission: transforming into a wartime-ready force. Centenarian Receives Gold Star Recognition at Defense Supply Center Richmond

RICHMOND, Va. — In a moving ceremony held at Defense Supply Center Richmond, 101-year-old Alfred Hunter was recognized as a Gold Star family member by U.S. Rep. Robb Wittman (VA-01). The event honored the memory of Alfred’s brother, U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Robert H. Hunter, who was killed in action during World War II.
