DLA supplies active-duty troops assisting Hurricane Helene response

FORT BELVOIR, Va. — DLA is working with U.S. Northern Command to ensure active-duty troops are equipped to help federal, state and local officials clear routes and transport supplies to remote areas in North Carolina following Hurricane Helene.

Texas legislature recognizes DLA Energy employee

SUGAR LAND, Texas — Recognizing his “remarkable dedication and skill,” the State of Texas House of Representatives adopted Resolution No. 140 to “commend Staff Sergeant Calvin Williams for his service during Hurricane Ida and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success in his important work.” During a Nov. 2 ceremony in Sugar Land, Texas, District 26 State Representative Jacey Jetton personally presented Williams the resolution, thanking him for his service and support.
