Fort Belvoir, Va — The Defense Logistics Agency Energy Quality Technical Directorate working group collaborate on the revision of the Department of Defense Standard Practice: Quality Assurance for Bulk Fuels, Lubricants and Related Products Standard, Military Standard 3004-1 (MIL-STD-3004-1). FORT BELVOIR, Va. — Army Master Sgt. Errica Watkins participated in the Defense Department's SkillBridge Program with the Defense Logistics Agency Energy Americas North at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. Watkins, a first-time participant in the program, completed her fellowship at DLA Energy Americas North from August to October 2025.
