NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY, Bahrain — Army Lt. Col. Marrio Almada relinquished command of the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy Middle East to Army Lt. Col. Eunseok “Sam” Yoo in a change of command ceremony at the Naval Support Activity, Bahrain, on June 9, 2025.

DLA overhauls Army pay processing in Bahrain, slashes delays by up to 93%

Naval Support Activity, — “The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy has overhauled pay processing for U.S. Army active-duty personnel in Bahrain, cutting delays by more than 69% in a sweeping reform effort,” said the project sponsor, Dalton Lewis, supervisory administration program specialist.
