Thomas assumes command at DLA Distribution Tobyhanna

NEW CUMBERLAND, Pa. — Army Lt. Col. Allen Luna relinquished command of Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania, to Army Lt. Col.
