DLA Support Team Middle East welcomes new commander

Camp Arifjan, Kuwait — During a Sept. 29 change of command ceremony, Army Lt. Col. Daniel Howser took on the role of DLA Support Team Middle East commander from Air Force Lt. Col. Brian Wilken, who served as the newly renamed team’s first commander in April.

FORT BELVOIR, Va. — Senior Program Analyst Ken McLain remembers well the part of DLA's history that saw the 1995 transfer of agency employees from Cameron Station in Alexandria, Virginia, to the new McNamara Headquarters Complex at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. In fact, he was the relocation manager for the move.
