Disposition Services’ Reservists and Civilians participate in OCORT

FORT CUSTER, Mich. — More than 60 Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services military reservists and civilians from all over the world gathered June 8-23 to participate in the annual Overseas Contingency Operations Readiness Training (OCORT) at two locations in Michigan.

Troop Support NCO retires with 23 years of service

PHILADELPHIA — “Without retirement ceremonies, there can be no enlistment ceremonies,” said Army Sgt. 1st Class Troy Pringle. “Today, I have just made room for a newer, stronger, better version of me to take my place,” Pringle said, as he was honored for his 23-year Army career June 1.

Site visits support operations and real property accounting

Camp Arifjan, Kuwait — Members of DLA Installation Operations Battle Creek and Europe and Africa recently conducted site and customer engagement visits at DLA Disposition Services sites in Germany, Kuwait and Qatar.

Volunteers for the annual Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day event were recognized with a Certificate of Appreciation during a quarterly awards ceremony May 30. The ceremony recognized more than 100 individuals.
