BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — Longtime employee Kathy Atkins-Nunez recently concluded a remarkable 39-year journey with Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services, while helping to establish an organizational benchmark for leadership.

Providing hot meals to service members abroad ‘feeds spirits with warmth of home’

PHILADELPHIA — Every year, a Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support team in Philadelphia ensures military members abroad have a taste of home during the holiday season.

Uniformed and DoD civilian personnel with Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support out of Philadelphia visit the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Philadelphia to donate sweatshirts, sweatpants, hats, gloves, and socks on December 20, 2023. In honor of November’s Veterans Day and up to the 2023 Army-Navy football game, DLA Troop Support hosted a winter clothing drive for local Veterans to contribute to the donation effort.
