The Turn-in toolbox contains item-specific instructions for property which requires additional actions prior to turn-in as well as sample documentation and links for required forms. 

The Electronic Turn-in Documents (ETIDs) application allows customers to create web documents that simplify the disposal process.

The Turn-In Forms library contains everything needed for turn-in, including a sample of the most common turn-in form, DD 1348-1A.

Property that is too large, numerous, hazardous, or impossible for DLA to assume custody of qualify for Receipt in place (RIP), allowing customers to turn-in property in place at their location with DSR assistance.

CBEDS (formerly eDOCS)


EDocs serves as the central repository for disposal documentation. Customers can retrieve copies of their signed DD Form 1348-1A after property has been disposed of.

NOTE: Effective July 20, 2026, DLA Disposition Services will transition its document scanning and validation process from the current EDOCS system to the new Cloud-Based Enterprise Document Scanning (CBEDS) system. This upgrade will create a more efficient, user-friendly process and reduce posting delays. Detailed CBEDS information has previously been sent to senior regional leadership and is available upon request.

WebFLIS


WebFLIS provides essential information about supply items including the NSN, the item name, manufacturers, and suppliers (including part numbers).

FED LOG


FED LOG® provides users the ability to access Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS) data during instances when internet connectivity is non-available. FED LOG® provides essential information about items of supply to include the National Stock Number (NSN), the approved and non approved item name, manufacturers and distributors information (to include part numbers), freight data, hazardous materiel indicators, interchangeable and substitutable data, Acquisition Advice Code (AAC) and unit price, physical and performance characteristics along with service specific management data.

PUB LOG


PUB LOG® is a Logistics Information Services product intended for use by public entities requiring National Stock Number (NSN) information and other cataloging information including Federal Supply Classification (FSC) data and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) codes.

TULSA


TULSA is a US Army TACOM application that contains instructions and guidance for DEMIL F property. DEMIL F guidance can be accessed by searching for either NIIN or keyword.
