Account Management and Provisioning System (AMPS)

Hazardous Materials Information Resource System (HMIRS) NextGen, DD Form 1685, Military Engineering Data Asset Locator System (MEDALS), Quality Database (QDB), Interactive Government Industry Data Edit Review (iGIRDER), Logistics On-Line Access Classic (LOLA Classic), Web Federal Logistics Information System (WebFLIS), and Electronic Cataloging (E-Cat) are now provisioning applications via the Account Management and Provisioning System (AMPS) . Other methods of applications will no longer be accepted.  Follow the steps below to obtain access to these applications.

  1. View AMPS User Directions.  This document will guide you through the process in obtaining an AMPS account.  Note:  If you already have an AMPS account, please proceed to step 2.
  2. View AMPS User Role Directions. This document will guide you through the process in requesting a role in one of
    the following applications: HMIRS NextGen, DD Form 1685, MEDALS, QDB, iGIRDER, LOLA Classic, WebFLIS, or E-Cat.
    Note: For Step 10 of the AMPS User Role Request, enter application name and select Search.

Note: User registrations and user role requests will need to be approved by your Supervisor and Security Officer.  Please ensure entries for Supervisor and Security Officer are correct in your AMPS profile prior to submitting a role request.
