Mission ready: How workplace morale strengthens mental health and warfighter support

A group of employees at the DLA Troop Support Medical supply chain work together to boost morale and improve mental health within the workforce. Working in tandem on two separate teams, the Cultural Improvement Team plans events, while the Employee Morale Team is allowed to fundraise to make social events like cookouts and holiday parties more affordable for the workforce.
