DLA Troop Support Subsistence supply chain director promoted to colonel

PHILADELPHIA — The Army’s newest colonel is Abel Young. The director of DLA Troop Support’s Subsistence supply chain was promoted in front of family and friends in Philadelphia Oct. 25.

During his State of Command message, DLA Disposition Services Director Mike Cannon counts off the many ways the workforce supports the Defense Logistics Agency's effort to support all of the government.
