Vice director ties new DLA Strategic Plan to EEO efforts

FORT BELVOIR, Va. — EEO teams have a big role in helping DLA build a workforce that can achieve goals in the new 2025-2030 Strategic Plan, the agency’s deputy director said Sept. 11.

Process improvement pilot program helps keep employees on their feet

PHILADELPHIA — A Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support Continuous Process Improvement pilot program resulted in 700 employees receiving sit-to-stand desks at lower costs and faster delivery.

Reasonable accommodations help agency workers thrive

Fort Belvoir, Virginia — Agencywide use of reasonable accommodations is one reason DLA continually leads the way as an employer of choice regarding equal employment opportunities. Not everyone who has a disability requires an RA and some who do require one have invisible disabilities.
