DLA Energy delivers turnkey oxygen supply system to Moody Air Force Base

FORT BELVOIR, Va. — The Defense Logistics Agency Energy delivered a new turnkey system for transporting aviator’s oxygen to the 23rd Logistics Readiness Squadron at Moody Air Force Base, establishing a dedicated supply chain — a move prompted by pandemic-era shortages.

Fuels facilities maintains base service station

MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. — Logistics In Action: Article originally appeared on the Moody Air Force Base website — Approximately 438 government owned vehicles on Moody use fuel provided by the base service station in order to do their job. The service station’s tanks, are maintained by two Airmen assigned to the 23d Logistics Readiness Squadron fuels facilities section.

POL fuel yard gets first major upgrade since 50s
