DLA Aviation Commander visits San Diego, promotes Commander
Defense Logistics Agency Aviation Commander Air Force Brig. Gen. David Sanford made his first trip to DLA Aviation at San Diego, California Sept. 3. Sanford assumed command of DLA Aviation in July.
