DLA Installation Management at Susquehanna emphasizes environmental stewardship with week of outreach

NEW CUMBERLAND, Pa. — Defense Logistics Agency Installation Management at Susquehanna recently concluded a week-long environmental outreach initiative, designed to promote environmental awareness and stewardship among personnel and the community.

NEW CUMBERLAND, Pa. — Members of the Defense Logistics Agency team assigned to Defense Distribution Center, Susquehanna, removed debris and trash along a one-mile stretch of Normandy Memorial Drive in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, as part of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s statewide Adopt A Highway program, Oct. 19.

NEW CUMBERLAND, Pa. — Defense Distribution Center Susquehanna employees, along with some of their family members, show their commitment to their neighbors and the local environment by volunteering to spend a couple of their Saturday morning hours to the Adopt A Highway cleanup program.
