Scrap partnership to save Navy millions

Battle Creek, Mich. — The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility is now disposing of its nuclear submarine scrap through a Demilitarization as Condition of Sale contract offered through DLA Disposition Services.
