DLA exceeds small business goal for ninth consecutive year, expands access in underutilized business zones

FORT BELVOIR, Va. — DLA small business officials have expanded their reach in a challenging subcategory: historically underutilized business zones. This is the first time in a decade that DLA has exceeded its 3% goal for awarding contracts in the HUBZone program.
