The Joint Petroleum Course at Fort Lee serves as the War Department’s central hub for fuel logistics operations. Established through a 2022 agreement between Defense Logistics Agency Energy and the Petroleum and Water Executive Development program, the course highlights ongoing collaboration among the Army, Navy and Marine Corps to ensure energy lethality.
