From sand lot to diamond of Camp Carroll DLA Distribution Korea warehouse on track for February completion

NEW CUMBERBLAND, Pa. — The new Defense Logistics Agency Distribution warehouse under construction at the U.S. Army Storage Facility on Camp Carroll, South Korea, is over 90% complete and on track for completion in February 2021.

Agency’s Pacific command provides enduring support

FORT BELVOIR, Va. — DLA Indo-Pacific is one of the agency’s three regional commands, coordinating operations and customer needs in Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Japan, Okinawa, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, Philippines and South Korea.

The Expeditionary Team works to set up a deployable warehouse, complete with Distribution Standard System, during Operation Pacific Reach.

Distribution supports Operation Pacific Reach

POHANG, South Korea — DLA Distribution’s 25th distribution center, the Expeditionary Team with the support from a DLA Distribution Korea team deployed in support of Operation Pacific Reach, which is an exercise conducted every other year. This year’s exercise was held from April 10 through April 21 at Dogu Beach in Pohang, South Korea.
