DLA Distribution Bahrain commander promoted to captain

NEW CUMEBRLAND — In a Sept. 1 ceremony, Navy Supply Corps officer Jeretta R. Dillon, Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Bahrain commander, was promoted to the rank of captain by Navy Supply Corps Rear Adm. Joseph D. Noble, the director of DLA Logistics Operations.

DLA Troop Support Europe and Africa team demonstrates subsistence excellence in support of USS Hershel "Woody" Williams

PHILADELPHIA — Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support Europe and Africa provided operational subsistence support to the USS Hershel “Woody” Williams from August 10 to November 1 this year. Packages were delivered during four port calls in Accra, Ghana; Bradbury, Angola; Cape Town, South Africa; and Cotati, Seychelles.

PHILADELPHIA — COVID-19 and medical logistics were key topics of discussion between the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support leaders and Navy Surgeon General Read Adm. DLA Distribution celebrates Navy birthday

NEW CUMBERLAND, Pa. — To honor the United States Navy’s 242nd birthday, DLA Distribution employees gathered together to sing the Navy service song and cut a birthday cake.

U.S. Navy Sailors with Electronic Attack Squadron (VAQ) 135 performed maintenance on E/A-18G Growlers at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, to support exercise Cope North, which is scheduled for Feb. 8 – March 8, 2017.
