NEW CUMBERLAND, Pa. — Army Lt. Gen. Stephen Lyons, director of Logistics, J4, Joint Chiefs of Staff, visited DLA Distribution headquarters in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, Oct. 24 to discuss logistics modernization and the future of distribution.
