National Guard Provides Support to Hurricane Stricken States

As a result, local, state, and national response efforts have launched with FEMA coordinating the Federal assistance throughout impacted areas. About 6,700 guardsmen from 16 states across the U.S. have been activated to provide assistance.

DLA Police officer achieves major milestone

NEW CUMBERLAND, Pa. — Defense Logistics Agency Police Officer, Maj. Jody Berkheiser, reached 20 years of service with the DLA Police Department on March 14. Berkheiser is only the third officer to achieve such a milestone in the history of the DLA Police at Susquehanna.
