Headquarters Complex organizations kick off charitable campaign

Since its inception, the Combined Federal Campaign has raised more than $8 billion for local and global charities, said Brad Bunn, the Defense Logistics Agency’s Human Resources director and DLA Headquarters vice chair for the 2016 campaign.

Distribution Headquarters raises money for CFC with cake walk and noisy auction events

DLA Distribution hosts 5k and chili cook-off to raise money for CFC

NEW CUMBERLAND, Pennsylvania — Defense Logistics Agency Distribution headquarters hosted a 5k and chili cook-off to raise money for the Combined Federal Campaign this past week.

Employees of Defense Distribution Center, Susquehanna, browse the CFC Agency Fair on Nov. 5, which included service dogs, a food bank, family shelter, and crisis helpline.

CFC Agency Fair held on Susquehanna installation

NEW CUMBERLAND, Pennsylvania — In addition to donating to a favorite non-profit, the Combined Federal Campaign provides an opportunity for Federal employees to learn about other local charities and the services they provide. As it often happens, making a personal connection to a charity leads to a mutually benefiting, long-term relationship. To educate employees and make those connections, an agency fair was held at Defense Distribution Center, Susquehanna, Nov. 5.

CFC kickoff focuses on givers, not dollars

PHILADELPHIA — Every little bit counts. That was the theme during DLA Troop Support's annual Combined Federal Campaign kickoff. Employees donated more than $141,000 last year to CFC charities.

CFC kickoff encourages HQC employees to give back, help make a difference

Fort Belvoir, Virginia — With more than 24,000 charities, the Combined Federal Campaign has a charity for everyone, the Defense Logistics Agency director said during the 2015 CFC Kick-Off Ceremony at the McNamara Headquarters Complex Oct. 1.
