U.S. supports Romanian air force in first-ever KC-135 refueling mission

Logistics In Action: Article originally appeared on the Royal Air Force Mildenhall website — The U.S. Air Force and Romanian air force made their first air refueling contact Feb. 28, 2017, over Romania. With the help of the U.S. Air Force 100th Air Refueling Wing and one of their KC-135 Stratotankers, the RoAF became certified to refuel from all U.S. KC-135s, strengthening their partnerships and regional stability.
