Agency leaders address Culture and Climate Survey participation in new video

FORT BELVOIR, Va. — The current Culture and Climate Survey marks a pivotal moment for the organization, DLA Vice Director Brad Bunn says in a new video encouraging employees to share their opinions on the workplace.

Defense Logistics Agency employees view their organization more favorably than employees of many other Defense Department or federal government agencies, according to the Office of Personnel Management’s 2015 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey results.

DLA results on federal survey show favorable employee opinions of agency

FORT BELVOIR, Virginia — Defense Logistics Agency employees view their organization more favorably than employees of many other Defense Department or federal government agencies, according to survey results released in early October. The Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey is administered by the Office of Personnel Management each year. The 2015 results were released Oct. 6.
