CPI supervisor workshop pilot develops leaders, improves processes

NEW CUMBERLAND, Pa. — The Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Continuous Process Improvement team recently developed and deployed an interactive workshop for leaders across DLA Distribution sites.

An EF3 tornado ravaged areas of Albany, Georgia, uprooting trees and destroying buildings along its 70-mile path. DLA Information Operations provided assistance to DLA Distribution employees in getting back up and operating.
