Chaplain talks life after combat during PTSD workshop

A Pennsylvania Army National Guard chaplain spoke to Troop Support employees to help them better understand PTSD during a workshop Aug. 25. “I think everyone who has been to combat comes back different,” said Lt. Col. Douglas Etter.
