Local troops, supplies headed to Caribbean for hurricane relief

FT. BRAGG, N.C. — The same day more than 120 tractor-trailers filled with hurricane relief aid left Fort Bragg, officials announced that hundreds of local soldiers would be deployed to Puerto Rico to help rebuild the island.
