NEW CUMBERLAND, Pa. — Navy Cmdr. Ian Iliff, a native of Cumberland, Maryland, relinquished command to Navy Cmdr. Daniel Maldonado during a ceremony held at Navy Base Yokosuka, Japan, June 14.
