Oklahoma City’s Turner wins Global Distribution Excellence: Training Civilian of the Year

Bruce Turner, management analyst at Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Oklahoma City, Okla., has been awarded the Global Distribution Excellence: Training Civilian of the Year for his work in increasing the training compliance level at Oklahoma City from 92 percent to 95 percent in one fiscal year.

Bahrain native sees green at DLA records management training

Shaima Haji, Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Bahrain, started her career as a librarian for the Navy in 2012. In March, 2013 Haji transferred to DLA to take on the role of command records management coordinator. Recently, Haji traveled to the U.S. for the first time to attend training provided for records coordinators at DLA Distribution Susquehanna, Pa.
