DLA Energy leverages commercial best practices

WASHINGTON, D.C. — It’s been three years since Business Executives for National Security found Defense Logistics Agency Energy ahead on efficiency operations, a study that continues to leverage commercial best business practice solutions.

Annual Operation Deep Freeze delivers fuel to Antarctica

MCMURDO STATION, Antarctica — Defense Logistics Agency Energy continued its annual support of Operation Deep Freeze in Antarctica with this year’s delivery of fuel.

Top enlisted Marine credits DLA for Corps’ success on frontlines

PHILADELPHIA — From meals-ready-to-eat to the boots they wear, the support Defense Logistics Agency provides makes Marines successful on the battlefield, the Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps said during a visit to DLA Troop Support in Philadelphia Feb. 17.

Dignity kits and other items provided through DLA are assembled and packaged for delivery to refugees and internally displaced persons in the Middle East.
