DLA Energy announces third quarter fiscal 2017 Employees of the Quarter

FORT BELVOIR, Virginia — Three service members and two government employees were recognized for their accomplishments and named as third quarter of fiscal year 2017 Defense Logistics Agency Energy Employees of the Quarter July 18.

Aviation organizations team to support the community while building camaraderie

Richmond, Va. — Defense Logistics Agency Aviation employees joined together to build morale and comradery between the two groups, as well as help the local community.

Richmond, Virginia — The DLA Aviation Forging and Casting Assistance Team looks for ways to save time and money on contracts by improving processes and solving procurement problems. The AFCAT educates employees on casting and forging processes by taking them to visit two commercial casting and forging companies that make parts for DLA.
