CRETE, Greece — A Defense Logistics Agency Energy partnered mobile oil-water separator from the Marathi Depot in Crete, Greece, helped clean contaminated sea water after a significant oil spill occurred near Athens, Greece.

Annual Halloween event attracts enthusiasts from all ‘walks of life’

Fort Belvoir, Va. — Chills and thrills were in the air as nearly 200 participants ran, walked and even wheeled their way along the path during the McNamara Headquarters Complex annual Halloween 5K event Oct. 31. This year’s theme was “Zombies,” but costumes were as varied as the participants themselves.

Richmond, Virginia — Daylight Saving Time ends at 2 a.m., Sunday, Nov. 5, 2017. DLA Installation Operations at Richmond’s Fire and Emergency Services reminds employees to set clocks back by one hour, and to replace batteries in smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
